Help - I didn’t receive my joining email?Contact the Plus membership team (9am-5pm Monday to Friday) and we'll check we have the right address and send you another.
What if my Plus membership card has not arrived yet?Yes, just take your confirmation email to the Plus membership desk and we'll give you a temporary Plus card.
Do I need to RSVP for Plus member events?Yes if you wishe to attend a Plus member’s event you need to book as places are limited.
What is the duration of my Plus membership?A Plus membership is for one year.
How do I purchase a Plus gift membership?Simply buy a Plus member pack from the Science Museum Store or phone on 020 7942 4333.
Can I use my Plus membership at other museums?You are able to explore a whole host of museums as part of the ASTC Passport Program www.astc.org/members/passlist.htm
