Planned giving

Planned giving is a simple way to make a lasting contribution to the Science Museum without any immediate financial outlay. It is a way to ensure that the innovative and progressive work of the Science Museum continues, and the enjoyment and inspiration that you have experienced with your family and friends is passed on to future generations.

By remembering the Science Museum in your will you are expressing a lasting commitment to the vision, goal and mission of the Museum, and all gifts, large or small, really do make a difference. It is also worth noting that any gift to a charitable organisation in your will can have valuable tax benefits for you.

We recognise and appreciate that any decision to leave a gift to the Science Museum is completely personal to you, so there is no need to tell us unless you would like to. We will treat all information you give us confidentially.

We are already indebted to many individuals who have supported the Science Museum in this way. However there is still so much more to do and with your help we can continue to inspire and educate visitors of all ages in the years to come.

Science has never been more relevant than in today’s world and it is our aim to make the Science Museum the best place in the world for people to enjoy science.
