Booking procedure
Please read the following carefully:
- Refer to the Costs section to find out what charging zone your school is in, and whether you will need to ‘team up’ with other schools and/or community groups in your local area to arrange an Outreach Tour.
- Take a note of the Latest Booking News (see above) and then choose some possible dates for your visit.
- N.B. We can only take a bookings a term in advance, and cannot do visits on a Monday.
- Read the What We Will Need and Schools Booking Terms sections thoroughly for information on what we will require from you in order to book your visit.
- Take a look at the What We Offer section, and make a note of what activities you would like us to bring to your school.
- Plan a timetable for your day, using the Drawing Up an Itinerary section for guidance.
- Fill out an Outreach Visit Request Form and submit by email or telephone.
- Your visit will only be confirmed when you receive a letter of notification from us by fax, email or post.
- If you have any questions about bookings or your group has special requirements, please contact us by telephone or email to discuss these.
Total shows and workshops; We can deliver a maximum of 4 sessions in a day, made up no more than 3 different activities (e.g. The Bubble Show, Feel the Force, and Get a Grip).
