Follow these three steps to book your visit:
1. Browse What's on for Groups and make a note of the activities, events and galleries that you would like to attend.
We recommend that you don't try to do too much during your visit. Your itinerary might include, for example, a visit to Launchpad, a live event and a visit to an object-rich gallery. This will allow you time for lunch and a visit to the shop.Due to the popularity of our hands-on galleries (Launchpad, The Garden, Pattern Pod and Web Lab) we allow a maximum of two hands-on galleries per visit.
Some events carry a charge and booking terms apply.
2. Use the Education Calendar to check that your chosen activities are being offered on the day of your visit. Some events are available only on certain days.
3. Fill out the Visit Request Form or telephone us on 020 7942 4777. Our lines are open from 8.45am - 5.00pm on Mondays to Thursdays, and 8.45am - 3.00pm on Fridays. Times may vary during school holiday periods.
Please do not use the Visit Requst Form to make enquiries or provisional bookings; give us a call if you have any questions about making a visit.
We will email confirmation of your visit itinerary to you within five working days (but usually much sooner). Please check your spam folder if necessary. If you do not hear from us please call 020 7942 4777.
Once you receive our confirmation, please check the details carefully and get in touch if it's not what you were expecting.
Please tell us if you are no longer able to visit so that we can release your places to other educational groups.
If you have booked events for which charges apply, you need to tell us at least 14 days in advance if you wish to cancel your visit, otherwise you will be liable for the cost of the events. Please read our booking terms.
