Join us on a journey of a lifetime—the lifetime of a star, from stellar nurseries to glittering galaxies.

15.30 Magic Lanterns for ages 7 and over
Second Floor Studio, Level 2

Come and join our drop-in creative light workshop, where you can build your very own lantern projector and use it to project images from the Science Museum’s collection.

All aboard for this interactive storytelling adventure where we'll find out all about the life of Elijah McCoy, an inventor who changed the way trains work forever.

15.30 Numberjump for ages 5 and over
Second Floor Studio, Level 2

From aeroplanes to enigmas, find out how mathematics affects our everyday lives by playing the Science Museum's exciting new board game, Numberjump. Compete against your family and friends in a race to the finish line.

All our Deaf-led events are voiceover interpreted and suitable for Deaf and hearing families.
