Named as one of India’s 50 most influential people, yogi and New York Times best-selling author Sadhguru is joining us for a conversation with acclaimed science journalist and fellow New York Times best-selling author Jo Marchant on the mind-body connection along with science and spirituality.

Through yoga programmes around the world and inspiring social outreach initiatives, Sadhguru’s Isha Foundation has created a massive movement dedicated to addressing all aspects of human wellbeing.

Sadhguru says, 'As there is a science and technology to create external wellbeing, there is a whole dimension of science and technology for inner wellbeing'. Yoga is described as one of the 'ancient sciences', but can it really be considered a science? And what exactly is the science behind Inner Engineering?

We’ll be addressing these questions and exploring a wide array of topics, including the nature of consciousness, the effects of modern life and its stresses on mental health, our reliance on technology and social media, and our relationship with the natural world.
